A portion of the battery charge is reserved to maintain the functionality, safety, and longevity of the Product.

4.1. Any recommendations provided by us are offered as general guidance only.
You are responsible for determining their suitability for your specific needs, circumstances, and home requirements.

5.1. All quotations will have a validity period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issues unless otherwise specified in writing.
5.2. We reserve the right to withdraw, revoke or vary a written quotation at any time prior to its acceptance.

6.2. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all liability for:

Warranty, Replacement, and Refunds
9.1. The Products supplied by us are compliant with Australian standards and covered by full manufacturer warranties. They are deemed to be of acceptable quality, free of defects, and fit for purpose.

9.3. Any faults or defects arising from installation workmanship or auxiliary components will be addressed through repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedies, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe.
9.4. Damage or faults caused by misuse, abuse, or tampering by the customer or third parties will not be deemed warrantable issues. Any repairs or replacement required in such cases will be at the customer’s expense.
Product Recalls
10.1 In the event of a product recall, all recall processes are initiated and managed by the relevant manufacturer, and/or their authorised distributor in accordance with their obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable ACCC guidelines.
We maintain records of all products supplied and installed, including serial number registration for each unit linked to the end customer. In the event of a recall, this enables us to identify affected products and customers accurately.
10.2 Where a recall affects a product supplied or installed by us, we will:
a) Promptly notify affected customers upon becoming aware of a recall affecting their product, using our records to identify those impacted.
b) Provide customers with all relevant information supplied to us by the manufacturer or the ACCC, including the nature of the issue and the steps required.
c) Cooperate fully with the manufacturer and the ACCC throughout the recall process.
d) Assist customers in facilitating any remedy offered by the manufacturer, including replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
10.3 For further information about any product recall, customers may also refer to the ACCC Product Safety Australia website at www.productsafety.gov.au.
