Why is my battery not charging?
This is often due to low solar production (cloudy weather or nighttime), or your system settings prioritising home usage first. Check your app to see if solar is currently being generated.

Why is my battery not discharging?
Your system may be set to reserve battery power (e.g. for backup), or there may not be enough demand in your home to trigger discharge. This is normal depending on your setup. If unsure, contact us.
What does “offline” mean in the app?
“Offline” usually means your system has temporarily lost internet connection, not that it’s stopped working. Your battery may still be operating normally in the background.

Is it normal for my battery to stop at certain times?
Yes. Your system follows programmed settings and grid conditions, which can cause it to pause charging or discharging at certain times. This is part of normal operation.

What should I do during a blackout?
If your system has backup enabled, it should automatically supply power to selected circuits. If not, the system will safely shut down until grid power returns.
